• Early Yuan marks circa 1916-1920
• Superb bright condition for collectors.
• Yuan is a widely collected blue & white pattern and is the work of Frederick Rhead
• 6.5-inch rim diameter and 1.25-inch tall at the outer rim
• Very similar to the Furnivals Old Chelsea.
• The central decoration is from an early copper plate transfer
• 3 kiln support marks in the glaze on the rear as is expected.
• Occasional knife marks and some glaze crazing.
