Wedgwood Mirabelle production was discontinued in 1997 the pattern ref used by Wedgwood during production was R4537 and the Mirabelle pattern features pastel floral garlands on white bone china with gilt rim.

Most pieces of Wedgwood Mirabelle were well labelled by the factory with either or both the pattern name and number. All Wedgwood mirabelle should have the Wedgwood Urn and Made in England

Wedgwood manufactured a comprehensive range of dinner ware, tea ware and gift items in the Mirabelle pattern between 1976 and 1997 so its a great one to collect and interesting pieces can still be discovered in antique and vintage shops and markets.

Look out for ware to the gilt. The glaze on Wedgwood Mirabelle should be high sheen and the pattern bright and colourful.
