• Early Yuan marks circa 1916-1920

• Bird looking left central block pattern
• 11-7/8th-inch by 9.5-inch oval serving platter.
• Yuan is a widely collected blue & white pattern and is the work of Frederick Rhead
• Very similar to the Furnivals Old Chelsea.
• The central decoration is from an early copper plate transfer
• 3 kiln support marks in the glaze on the rear as is expected,
