Rare English Aesthetic style Alexadria Rd No 39268 pattern earthenware blue and white china rectangular lidded sauce tureen complete set with lid saucer and original ladle
Alexandria was registered on the 8th December 1885 by Wallis Gimson & Co. and was produced in pale blue red brown and black versions
Manufactured at the Lane Delph Pottery Fenton
7.5-inch long by 4.25-inch wide and 4.5-inch tall to the lid handle Tureen
7-5/8th-inch by 6.25-inch rectangular saucer
6.5-inch long ladle with a 2.5-inch diameter bowl
In superb antique condition
Date range 1885-1890 Staffordshire
This is a very rare piece of pale blue and white aesthetic china and to find a complete set with no damage is exceptionally rare.
