• 11.5-inch by 9-inch oval ironstone serving platter
• Rural scene with teh Ship inn and castle on the hill with red wild rose border
• No factory or impress markings, but from the border design we can match this piece to 1970's production of English Ironstone Tableware
• Beautiful detail in the picture featuring a gentleman fishing, another riding a horse, a river and what appears to be castle remains in the distance
  
• Good condition. The front has no marks but some uneven transfer of the pattern designaround the rims. 3 kiln support marks on rear and linear glaze crazing
