Samuel Radford Blue Willow porcelain tea slops bowl

  • Manufactured by Samuel Radford Fenton Staffordshire England
  • Crown Samuel Radford China marks c 1928- 1955
  • Tea slops bowls were integral parts of late Victorian Teasets and used for taking the tea-leaf debris from teacups at the table before re-filling.
  • Blue and White translucent fine molded porcelain china dates these pieces to early in the date range
  • 5.75-inch diameter round open bowl ribbing to the walls with scallop edge and remnants of gilt 3.25--inches tall
  • Lovely fine aged patina and glaze with rich cobalt powder blue fine transfer decoration
  • One of my favourite willow pattern china as the porcelain molding and fineness just make these pieces special.
  • Superb condition.
