Royal Doulton Extremely Rare Kilda Pattern D5729 Tureen Saucer Plate in Cream with a hint of Yellow
Vintage Royal Doulton Earthenware in beautiful condition
Predominantly round, the plate has a scalloped rim giving it a lovely shape
Manufactured September 1936
The plate colour may vary very slightly but it's not a noticeable different.
The rim is decorated by a simple line design of flowers and leaves using red. blue, lilac, brown and, of course, green for the leaves. There is a green line between the rim and the centre.
7.5-Inch diameter outer rim, 3.5-inch diameter saucer well
In very good vintage condition.
This saucer plate was for the serving or sauce tureens made in the Kilda design, if you are purchasing for an existing tureen, please measure the rim diameter of the base plate.
