• Minton introduced Chinese Marine about 1825 and this series of stylized Chinese landscapes became immensely popular
• Deep scrolled and floral border
• Gadrooned rim 
• Minor age related rubbing to the gadrooning in 2 places, likely from wire hanging racks, but still displays beautifully. 
• Printed 'Chinese Marine, Opaque China' with a cursive M for Minton, 1825-1836
