Brown and white transferware pattern from the English Scenery series with hawthorn blossom rim decoration.
Manufactured between 1851 - 1855 by Beech & Hancock at the Swann Bank Pottery Works
This is a very rare and very large piece of Staffordshire Ironstone in a traditional shape with double indent rims. Without the antique rim chip the value would be £650-£700
Condition note there is one antique lower rim chip as shown whih does not show on display otherwise in very good antique condition with superb patina, please watch the video for further details
