This octagonal shaped Side plate displays the beautiful Westover design which includes a man on a bridge, a pagoda, a raft-style boat and swallows, perhaps a nod to the Willow and Alva patterns.
Blue transferware with hand-applied ocre enamel, touches of green and ocre rims

Pattern was registered in 1928 (No.737159) but began production in 1925
Stamps may vary with some showing DBC which actually is the retailer whom the piece was made for.
Good antique condition although there may be some crazing in line with the age
