• Designed to be used as a Butter Pat or Salt Dish
• The octagonal shape of this petite little dish displays the beautiful Westover design which includes a man on a bridge, a pagoda, a raft-style boat and swallows, perhaps a nod to the Willow and Alva patterns.
• Blue transferware with hand-applied ocre enamel, touches of green and ocre rims
• 3-1/8th-Inch across
• Pattern was registered in 1928 (No.737159) but began production in 1925
• The stamp may show DBC which actually is the retailer whom the piece was made for.
• Very good antique condition
