  William Lowe manufactured china in partnership with John Tams until 1875 at the St Gregory's Works in Longton Stoke on Trent and would later build the Sydney Works. In 1918 the business was take over by Thomas C Wild & Sons, who used the W Lowe brand name util the 1930s
