• Likely Sampson Bridgwood & Sons at the Anchor Works, Sutherland Road, Longton
• Date range 1880 -1900
• Used Antique condition with moderate gilt loss as shown
  
• 2.25-inch diameter oblong or slightly flattened milk jug 4.47-inch tall scalloped rim with remnants of gilt double quarter rib moldings
  
• Transfer printed in a pale blue and white pattern on a pure white translucent hard porcelain with visible molded seam and no factory or decorators marks
  
• Superb genuine used antique patina with moderate gilt loss as shown typical of Victorian hard paste china manufactured by Bridgwoods, but without a factory mark this cannot be confirmed.
