Unattributed antique Medalion pattern green and white china lidded oval petite or sauce tureen circa 1840-1860

• 8.5 inch overall length tureen 
• 5 inch wide and 5 inch tall approx
• Oval saucer base as shown 9 inch length
• Medallion transfer ware pattern in dark turquoise green
• Manufactured by unknown factory Staffordshire mid 19th century
• Antique glaze crazing as expected in ironstone pieces of this date, very authentic and a charming and usable sauce or gravy tureen.
