Antique Floral China Water Jug with Metal Lid

Antique Blue and floral hand painted Hot Water Jug with sprung metal lid.

• 5.5-inches tall
• 6.5-inches wide
• Brown internal and base glaze marked 636 by decorator
• Copper sprung Tin lid with hinged spout cover marked Reg NO 597620
• Hand-painted floral band on upper jag wall and lower rich blue glaze wit thick gilt detailing.
• This is probably Doulton, but there are no makers marks and we have not been able to match the design or Rd No.
• There is a slight gilt loss on the design but this is all original and dates from around 1910-1920
