Pattern design No 66 is very characteristic of the imported Chinoise decoration style so popular during this period and being copied by the Staffordshire potteries, and features a water pagoda and gardens
Date range 1820 - 1850
This is a very fine example of the early Pratt china
Used antique condition with some ware to the umber rim glaze as shown, please watch the video
Lovely antique patina and approaching 200 years old.
Felix Edward Pratt and Richard Pratt were sons of William Pratt a master potter at Lane Delph, Fenton around 1753. the sons formed F & R Pratt in 1818 at the Fenton Pottery on east street Fenton Stoke on Trent and became well know for Pratt ware especially pot lids.
