Antique China Cruet Set

Early Victorian Table Cruet set in White and Gilt

• Removable pepper pot (no stopper) and mustard pot
• Mustard spoon has 2 lateral firing faults and several tiny nicks.
• Shell design salt holder and handle with remnants of gilt.
• Mustard pot inner rim has a 3mm chip missing
• The base plate has warped during firing and is not flat so the piece does rock lifting approximately 5mm
• Despite the above the piece is very original decorative and rare surviving piece and dates from 1825-1850.
• No factory marks by likely English Staffordshire
