• Joseph Clementson had apprenticed with J & W Ridgway before setting up in business with Jonah read in 1832
  
• 8.25-inch long classic English oval dessert plates 6.5-inch wide from a dessert or breakfast set
  
• Superb patina glaze ware to plate and gadrooned rims
