Rare vintage Malvern black outer Old English Rose Tea Cup and Saucer by Royal Albert 

• Vintage Royal Albert bone china teacup and saucer
• Old English Rose pattern inner detailing to tea cup and centre section of saucer. Black glaze outer tea cup wall and saucer rim with hand applied rich gilt rim. White glaze upper foot to tea cup white handle with gilt.
• Open bowl Malvern shape tea cup and saucer
• 3.5 inch diameter octagonal rim teacup 2.75 inch tall
• 5.5 inch diameter saucer with scalloped rim
• Full 1st quality Royal Albert china marks on both pieces
• Superb cabinet condition.
• Factory stamp date range 1941 - 1977
• This combination of black outer glaze, old english rose malvern shape is rare and was likely made for export to USA and Canada markets
